Young People who start Drinking Earlier
Young people start drinking at very early stage and whatever the reason of the young people drinking but latter on these drinking habits cause a number of problems in young people.
Alcohol is the drug of choice among most of the young people and because of that many young people are facing the consequences of drinking too much alcohol and drugs, at very early age. As a result of which, underage drinking is a leading public health concern in this country and other countries.
The younger children, when they start drinking at an early stage, face so many problems like they engage in behaviors that harm themselves and the other people. They also fall into certain risky behaviors like using other drug, having sex with one or more partners and they lag behind in studies.
They start drinking at an early stage due to many reasons like because of bad company or because academic stress or tension sometimes. The children start drinking and fall prey to many bad habits like they start bunking their classes and start wasting money of their parents buying cheap drugs which could be harmful to their health and prove fatal.
This type of drinking habits tends to put many bad effects on their health as following:
It causes effects on the brain like impact on long term thinking and memory loss. As the brains of the young children as are still on the development phase they tend to forget the things easily and sometimes they don't even pay attention to the important things.
Not only the effects can be seen on the brain but it also affects the other organs like liver, growth of the glands. These can cause the hormonal changes in young children's giving birth to various problems like mood swings. Children's mature at different rates thus parents and the school can play an important role in preventing a child from getting into the habit of drug or alcohol addiction.
Today, alcohol is hugely available and promptly promoted in the society. And alcohol use continues to be regarded, by many people, as a normal part of growing up. Yet underage drinking is dangerous, not only for the drinker but also for society, as evident by the number of alcohol-involved motor vehicle crashes, homicides, suicides, and other injuries.
